If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp directly, we receive the details you share through that channel.
How we use it
We use this information only to read and respond to your enquiry and to discuss the programme, partnership or volunteering opportunity you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
How your enquiry reaches us
Our website does not have its own database. When you submit the form, your details are passed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, and delivered to our email inbox at crowandgrowfoundation@gmail.com, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers process the data only to deliver and store our email.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page does not contact any third-party tracking service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your enquiry, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Email crowandgrowfoundation@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
